Lean was created by Toyota and is a collection of improvement tools that help identify and eliminate waste in the organization.
Lean Six Sigma combines the best of these two world-class improvement approaches in a synergistic manner to maximize overall organizational efficiency. It follows the structured DMAIC approach of Six Sigma and enhances it with the concepts and tools of Lean. This provides organizations with a globally-recognized methodology for rapidly and dramatically improving the output of their business processes.
This 2 ½ day highly interactive workshop is targeted at the executive leadership team of an organization that is implementing LSS. It is designed to coach executives on their specific roles for how to effectively lead the implementation of an organization-wide LSS improvement effort.
