This workshop will provide information on a structured method to defining problems and determining the root causes of the problems. Participants will be able to use effective and efficient methods to reduce and eliminate chronic problems in their work environment.


This workshop provides participants with the principles and practices associated with effective cause analysis by means of classroom lectures, discussions and breakout activities. Numerous references to examples and case studies are used to show how effective analysis is used to avoid recurrence.
