$1200Overview
This 3-day course is designed to provide participants with a methodology and the skills for participating in internal audits within any organization. Internal audits are a requirement of most global standards that are based on ISO9001:2008 including ISO14001, ISO18001, ISO13485, AS9101, TS16949, ISO20000.
Approach
Held in a workshop format, this 3-day course is designed to teach participants how to effectively audit the Management Systems of any organization. Graduates will be able to plan, participate in and follow up on internal audits.
While most internal auditor courses teach the philosophy of internal auditing, this course provides a “how-to” approach. Participants will know what to do, how to do it, and will be able to get into action immediately.
This 3-day course combines several learning techniques – classroom, case study and team breakouts.
The focus of this workshop is to enable participants to meaningfully help any organization improve their Management Systems by auditing it to recognized national and international standards.
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance for this training course, which meets the requirements of RAB/QSA and IRCA certification
