Collins and Aikman is a Toronto based manufacturer of molded automotive plastic components, with two manufacturing locations. SatiStar streamlined and aligned their two separate QS-9000 documentation systems into one common version. SatiStar also implemented continuous improvement through training and through facilitating several teams.
