SatiStar’s team have been helping a major Fortune 100 financial services company assess, prioritize and mitigate their Information Management business risks, using FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) methodologies.  We have used PFMEAs (Process FMEAs) for evaluating risks with existing IT business processes, and DFMEA (Design FMEAs) for evaluating risks with IT infrastructure, IT architecture, and major IT projects.  This work will greatly reduce the business risks associated with their IT systems.
