Scope And Deliverables

The scope of any organization’s supply chain begins with the customer order and ends with the delivery to the customer via the various distribution channels. World-class supply chain performance is achieved by:

  • The redesign of business processes, policies and procedures to best-in-class practices.
  • Internal integration of business processes in information flows (including upgrading of IT systems).
  • Institution of supply chain key performance measures.
  • Assurance of compliance (ISO9001).
  • Development and integration of external supply chain relationships (including sharing information and assets).

  • Facilitate your team through SatiStar’s 5 Step Business Process Reengineering methodology.
  • Ensure organizational buy-in on the reengineered processes, by involving your employees at all levels.
  • Guide the team in preparing their recommended solutions to the leadership team.
  • Provide guidance as needed in implementing the newly redesigned processes.
  • Create relevant key performance indicators to enable you to measure and track the gains.
  • Provide, if needed, a management control system to ensure that the project delivers the desired results in a timely manner.
