Policy deployment is a comprehensive, closed-loop management planning and objectives deployment process. The use of this process continuously improves both management capability and the reliable achievement of significant objectives. Scope And Deliverables

Policy deployment is a company-wide mechanism for creating and propagating plans for the achievement of objectives at all levels of the organization. It enables you to ensure that everyone in your organization is aligned with the overall objectives, and that “everyone in pulling in the same direction”. With its built-in “closed-loop” system, it also provides for the measurement and feedback of results as well as for corrective actions to be implemented wherever appropriate.

The policy deployment deliverables are as follows:

  • This vision then leads to a mission statement.
  • How the mission will be achieved is defined in strategic plans, tactical plans, and then operational goals.
  • Objectives are set for goals by defining the “how to” action plans.

5. Management Controls:

  • Monthly Reviews – “what is performance vs plan?”
  • Annual Reviews – “what are our next 12 month commitments, actions & milestones?”

What We Need You To Do

  • Ensure that all of your leadership team is available for the Policy Deployment activity.
  • Arrange a suitable venue for the event (usually off-site, 3 days).
  • Require the entire leadership team to follow-through on their agreed-upon commitments in a timely manner.
