Training Overview

SatiStar provides a wide range of training courses designed to enable your employees to lead the organization to achieve dramatic results in business performance improvement. While most of our training courses are held in-house on company premises, we also hold several of our course offerings at convenient locations throughout the world. All of our standard slate of training courses are also customizable to the needs of your specific organization. SatiStar is a recognized training organization, thereby enabling our clients to benefit from government training tax credits and incentives wherever applicable. One common element for all of SatiStar's training courses and seminars is the use of the Learning Engineering Process, and the recognition that people have different learning styles. We also recognize that the participants in our training courses are adults - consequently our teaching styles are "andragogical" (the teaching of adults) as opposed to "pedagogical" (the teaching of children). Our highly participative teaching style enables participants to learn from each other, and provides an enriched learning environment. Most of our courses include a "practical" element - participants learn by doing. Participants return to work and actually practice what they've learned. With most of our courses, we also embed a follow-up session to ensure that the learning is being applied.
